In the day-to-day management of the business the executive team is ably supported by a highly experienced and energetic management team representing all facets of ATG Media's activity.
Bea joined the company in 1985 and, after several years as manager of the Antiques Trade Gazette circulation department, she was promoted to officer manager in 1994. Since then she has developed an understanding of all our business activities and her experience ensures the smooth running of the office and the business.
Print Production Director
During his 14 years with the company, Justin has been instrumental in the introduction of colour to Antiques Trade Gazette and its associated products and the development of our desktop publishing environment. He played an active roll in the redesign of ATG which was launched in a new format in 2008 and now heads up production of both ATG and printed catalogues.

Ivan is an award-winning editor with close to 25 years' experience in newspapers and magazines, including nearly eleven years at Antiques Trade Gazette. Ivan has an additional background in PR and media consultancy and at ATG Media, he has taken special responsibility for corporate communications.
Chief Technology Officer
Philip joined ATG media in 2012 as CTO. As an established IT leader, Philip has over 15 years of senior management experience within manufacturing, consultancy and real-time online trading. He has a track record of building and developing IT systems with white label application spin-offs, in technology driven industries, to support expansion and growth. A passionate and innovative professional, Philip has led international teams to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies. He is responsible for driving the development of ATG media's global auction platforms.
Customer Service Director
Shamas joined ATG Media in 2013 as Customer Service Director, bringing with him over 11 years customer contact experience gained within retail. Having started out working for a long established leading high street bank he moved on to work for two technology inspired start-ups. He was the force behind setting up Ocado’s customer service team which is widely acknowledged to have achieved high levels of excellence. He has managed both small and large multilingual teams (over 120 staff) in the UK and Germany. Most recently he was European Customer Service Director at fab.com. He is responsible for customer support and the daily operations of ATG Media's online products and services.
